The Suchthilfe Region Basel is one of the largest private providers in the Basel area. Our services include prevention, counseling, addiction treatment, and harm reduction in addiction help. At the ESTA - Clinic for Addiction Treatment in Reinach, people from the age of 16 with substance addiction are treated in a withdrawal and therapy setting. As part of our realignment, we will focus our treatment setting on adolescents and young adults in the coming months and adapt it accordingly. To complement our team, we are looking for a Team Leadership Coaches 80-100% Main area of responsibility • Technical and personal leadership of the coaches, consisting of specialists from the areas of movement and sports, social pedagogy, experiential pedagogy, and care • Planning and implementation responsibility for the activities weekly plan in cooperation with the coaches • Ensuring accompaniment of patients by the coaches, based on openness, willingness, honesty, and respect • Supporting the ensuring of a safe, motivating, and appreciative treatment atmosphere We expect • Degree as a social pedagogue, curative pedagogue, or similar on HF or FH level • Professional experience in a psychiatric environment and/or working with adolescents and young adults • Leadership experience • Willingness to take on services themselves and be operationally active • Physical condition, broad knowledge of group activities • High social competence, open and communicative personality, as well as the ability to motivate employees and patients • Good IT user skills We offer • A diverse and challenging activity in a collegial and interdisciplinary work climate • The opportunity to develop the activities area independently and with the team and management • As a leader, to actively participate in the implementation of an innovative treatment concept for adolescents and young adults • At least 5 weeks of vacation • An additional allowance for maintenance in case of entitlement to child allowances
