Your craft ##

• You coordinate our quotation management from project search and tendering through the processing of submissions to the submission of quotations and follow-up.
• As a central contact person, you reliably keep an eye on deadlines, documents, and open points regarding our tenders and submissions.
• You think ahead and further develop processes as well as (digital) forms in the quotation area and in construction administration.
• You support our construction managers and project managers in project administration and are therefore close to the construction activities.
• Just as important is your support in invoicing, human resources, and daily administrative business, which also includes occasional minute-taking.

Your foundation ##

• You have a commercial basic education and bring experience in quotation management, project administration, or a comparable environment. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• You work independently, in a structured manner and with a lot of initiative and maintain an overview even with demanding tasks.
• You follow through when information is missing and reliably bring topics to their goal.
• You have a sense for numbers and technology and understand even complex contexts.
• You communicate confidently in German and act in a service-oriented manner - other languages such as French, Portuguese or Italian are a plus.
