Catering Assistant (m/f/d) - Permanent - 40% - Savièse La Gourmandine Your missions : • You guarantee daily, irreproachable reception, advice, and customer service • You are attentive to customer requests and well-being • You promote specialties and novelties • You create a welcoming and warm atmosphere • You ensure the setting of tables as well as the opening and closing of the restaurant What you bring : • Your experience of several years in catering allows you to add value to the services and menus offered. • You pay particular attention to customer satisfaction and know how to build customer loyalty through your service. • You possess very good knowledge of French (oral and written) • You prepare ice creams, crepes, and specialty drinks. • You guarantee an optimal presentation of merchandise, including the salad buffet, drinks, and ice creams. • You manage stocks, the cellar, and service efficiently • Flexible and resistant to stress, you know how to work autonomously and working on Sundays and weekends is not a hindrance for you. • Furthermore, you distinguish yourself by your sense of organization, your dynamism, your team spirit and a positive attitude in all circumstances. • You are available for the following hours: Monday to Friday between 5:30 am and 7:00 pm, weekend 5:30 am and 6:00 pm (variable schedules planned 4 weeks in advance).
