Assembly Electrician with Customer Support and Service

Activity + Carry out service work and small installations independently for private and business customers + Perform electrical fault diagnosis, repairs and rectification of defects on existing systems + Record customer requests on site and create simple cost estimates + Ensure expert customer advice and write detailed reports + Use digital order management and coordinate assignments independently • Requirements + Completed basic training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or Assembly Electrician EFZ + Experience in the service sector or strong motivation for targeted development in service + Distinct pleasure in direct customer contact and independent, careful working + Reliable, solution-oriented and conscientious way of working + High organizational talent, awareness of deadlines and ability to maintain an overview with multiple assignments • Offer + Working environment with clear deployment planning and high personal responsibility + Modern digital work tools and short distances to customers + Part of a locally anchored company within a solid corporate group
