Inventory Management Clerk (m/f/d) – 50% (Monday – Friday)

Your tasks

• Warehouse management, booking goods movements, monitoring minimum stock levels, inventory, etc.
• Goods purchasing, demand-oriented orders
• Checking and approving accounts payable invoices
• Enforcing complaints with suppliers
• Receipt and processing of customer orders (creating delivery notes and invoices)
• Master data maintenance in the ERP
• Telephone handling of our main number

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training
• Proficient in using the MS Office suite and ERP systems
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Flexible and resilient
• Customer-oriented, open and communicative
• Good physical constitution
• Very high reliability
