Your mission: Reporting to the Director of Nursing Care, the Nurse - Head Coordinator of the Operating Room ensures the operational, organizational, and managerial management of the operating room and the outpatient surgery center. He guarantees the quality, safety, and efficiency of surgical activities, while ensuring the optimization of human, material, and organizational resources. He accompanies the teams in a context of evolving practices and actively contributes to the clinic's development projects. Your main responsibilities: 1 - Organization and coordination of surgical activities - Ensure the proper functioning of the operating room and the outpatient surgery center. - Supervise the planning and coordination of surgical programs in collaboration with medical and nursing teams. - Ensure the optimal use of operating capacities and the fluidity of patient pathways. - Ensure the availability of human, material, and technical resources necessary for activity. 2 - Team management - Supervise and support sector managers and operating room teams. - Develop a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional excellence. - Support the development of skills and the evolution of professional practices. - Foster a positive and unifying work climate. 3 - Quality, safety, and continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, and asepsis standards. - Monitor the quality of services delivered to patients and doctors. - Develop and track sector performance indicators. - Identify and implement continuous improvement actions for processes and organization. 4 - Resource management and operational performance - Ensure efficient management of human, material, and budgetary resources. - Anticipate future sector needs and participate in investment planning. - Collaborate with support services to optimize equipment and infrastructure. - Contribute to the overall performance of the operating room and the achievement of institutional objectives. 5 - Development and strategic projects - Actively participate in the clinic's transformation and development projects. - Accompany the evolution of outpatient activities and new organizational models. - Contribute to the definition and implementation of the care strategy within your area of responsibility. - Ensure close collaboration with doctors, management, and other clinic services. Your profile: - Recognized nursing training completed by a specialization in operating room professions. - Higher education in management or health institution management, or willingness to complete it. - Confirmed experience in a management position within an operating room. - Solid understanding of organizational, human, and medico-technical issues related to surgical activity. - Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in a demanding environment. - Affirmed leadership, ability to unite and accompany change. - Excellent organizational, communication, and priority management skills. - Operational vision combined with a strategic and continuous improvement approach. - Ability to evolve in a complex environment requiring reactivity, discernment, and decision-making.
