Clinical Specialist Nurse / Centre of Interprofessional Practices - Operations Management / at 80% / in CDI

The Centre of Interprofessional Practices (CPI) within the operations management is looking for a clinical specialist nurse who provides 2nd line support to home care and nursing professionals, with the aim of maintaining and developing the quality and safety of services and the clinical skills of employees. He/she acts on 3 levels: expertise through analysis and support during complex situations, skill development, and the updating of professional practices. Your missions and responsibilities Intervention as an expert in complex situations with the client and the team Develop home care expertise Develop and maintain the skills of professionals Analyze requests and identify problems, implement action strategies using the resources of multidisciplinary teams Follow up with teams for the implementation of solutions Support the development of professionals' clinical judgment Use tools such as situation analyses to promote problem-solving approaches and quality professional practices Skill development Elaborate and lead training meetings related to professional practices (home care context, specific clinical field) Support care and nursing professionals in developing skills for specific client groups in connection with the field of expertise Support employees in the exercise of their function through proximity training sequences. Updating practices Elaborate and propose clinical tools useful for professional practices and support teams in acquiring them based on recent scientific data Elaborate, implement, and promote teaching programs intended for clients and their family caregivers, as well as professional teams Promote and ensure the improvement of the quality and safety of care and nursing services. Propose to the managers of professional practices any action and/or study allowing for an improvement in the quality and safety of services. Bachelor in nursing, completed by a specialization at CAS, DAS, or Master level in a field of expertise, such as mental health, palliative care, elderly care, or another field related to home care. A CAS alone must eventually be completed with a DAS. 5 to 7 years of experience as a nurse Desired experience and expertise in home care practice Good analytical and writing skills Committed, motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills Experience in home care is an asset Knowledge of the Geneva care network Good pedagogical ability, flexibility, and proactivity Ability to position oneself in accordance with the institutional line Knowledge of English (reading and speaking) desired What we offer At IMAD, we believe that a fulfilled professional is a high-performing professional.
