You guarantee high quality, compliance with deadlines, and cost efficiency, and work in close collaboration with external planners as well as with the execution of works. Your main tasks Your profile Start date: from October / November 2026 Working time: 100% Workplace: Zurich region / canton of Aargau or in Lausanne We look forward to receiving your complete application electronically at jobs@kurath.ch Your main tasks • Responsibility for the client-side planning of construction elements in transformer stations, buildings, foundations, pipe blocks, and transition structures • Ensuring client-side quality for structural engineering and civil engineering, including HVAC, during planning as well as during external planning by general planning • Development of projects and preliminary projects for structural engineering and civil engineering • Participation in the acquisition of planning services • Accompanying project management and external planning during authorization, tendering, and execution phases • Ensuring quality assurance at all project phases and technical support to the works management • Support for the implementation of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection • Promoting efficient and trusting collaboration beyond organizational boundaries Your profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent training • At least 5 years of experience in the planning and realization of infrastructure, structural engineering, and civil engineering projects (ideally in the field of 50 to 380 kV transformer stations) • In-depth knowledge of Swiss ordinances and standards in structural engineering and civil engineering as well as SIA methodology • Experience in structuring complex work packages and advising project partners • Good knowledge of business management • Strong problem-solving competence and decision-making ability • Ability to clearly communicate technical relationships and to lead interdisciplinary working groups • High social competence and ability to lead and develop external partners • Very good knowledge of German (native language or equivalent), proficiency in French or Italian as well as English (advanced level) • Proficiency in MS Office tools, SAP, and project management tools Start date: from October / November 2026 Working time: 100% Workplace: Zurich region / canton of Aargau or in Lausanne We look forward to receiving your complete application electronically at jobs@kurath.ch
