MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Les Transports Publics du Chablais (TPC) in Aigle employ more than
400 collaborators and manage four regional railway lines, as well as a bus network extending over many Vaud and Valais municipalities.
As part of the growth of our company as well as the development of our transport offer, a new organization of our Fleet unit is going to be implemented in order to better respond to the evolving maintenance needs of our rail and road rolling stock.
In this context, we are looking for a :
MAINTENANCE PLANNER (80-100 %)
YOUR MISSION
You ensure the medium and long-term planning of the maintenance activities of our rail and road fleet. In this capacity, you establish annual and multi-year maintenance programs by defining the volumes of interventions to be carried out internally and externally. In close collaboration with the section heads and various internal clients, you coordinate and consolidate the information necessary for the development of the vehicle maintenance program. You ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines (OFT, DE-OCF, SAN, manufacturer prescriptions) and adapt the planning according to available capacities and operational needs. Furthermore, you monitor planning indicators and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Finally, you create the necessary synergies with the various entities of the company in order to guarantee efficient coordination and optimal use of resources.
YOUR PROFILE
Benefiting from basic training in a technical field, you have completed your professional curriculum with higher education (federal diploma or ES diploma) in the field of maintenance, work planning, or equivalent. You also have several years of experience in rail, vehicle, or industrial maintenance. Experience in planning maintenance activities or in methods, as well as knowledge of the public transport field, constitute assets. Methodical, autonomous and proactive, you know how to organize your activity, define priorities and adapt the planning to the constraints encountered. Your capacity for analysis and synthesis, your global vision as well as your sense of cooperation allow you to interact effectively with many partners.
