Vocational Trainer Poly & Production Mechanic (100%)

Tasks: • Technical and personal supervision of apprentices in polymechanics and production mechanics • Planning and implementation of training according to the education plan • Teaching of CNC knowledge (turning, milling, programming) on conventional and CNC machines • Promotion of independence and development of the apprentices • Conducting qualification interviews and assessments • Collaboration in internal CNC production and processing of production orders Profile: • Completed training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ or Produktionsmechaniker/in EFZ • Further education as a vocational trainer is an advantage or willingness to do so Very good knowledge of CNC technology (turning/milling incl. programming) • Experience in dealing with apprentices or enjoyment in training young specialists • Structured, reliable and communicative way of working We offer: • Responsible and varied activity with scope for design • Modern infrastructure and own training workshop • Support for further education (technical and pedagogical) • Motivated team with strong cohesion • Fair employment conditions and good social benefits • Free parking spaces and long-term development opportunities
