From December 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a person to support and complement our motivated team.

Reception tasks approximately 70% - 100% ###

• Office support
• Various administrative tasks
• Processing hotel reservations, reservation management, preparation of offers
• Communication, correspondence and all associated tasks
• Room inspection
• Management of restaurant reservations
• Seating and assignment of tables to our customers during busy periods
• Check-in & check-out, welcome and room assignment
• Maintain the reception + small attractive and clean boutique

Support tasks in food service (as needed or during low season) ###

• Personalized service to customers
• Recommend, present and sell the current offer of drinks and dishes "Your sales talent"
• Various setting up tasks
• Application of defined working procedures during the various services
• Compliance with internal service and quality standards, hygiene rules according to HACCP as well as safety instructions

Profile ###

• Professional training in hospitality / tourism
• Experience with common hotel reservation systems (mandatory)
• Experience with common restaurant reservation systems
• You have a sense of high-quality service, possibly derived from your own experience as a customer
• Flexible, resilient team player, with personal initiative and judicious prioritization of tasks
• Joy in working with a demanding, national and international clientele (simply passionate about the profession)
• Very good knowledge of German and English (mandatory), other languages an asset
• Impeccable presentation and neat appearance
