Your tasks

• Planning, organization, and coordination of internal and smaller external events
• Support of the Meetings & Events team in the creation and processing of offers
• Creation and control of invoices for events
• Administrative support of the entire Meetings & Events team in daily operational business
• Maintenance and updating of event and customer data as well as filing of relevant documents
• Close cooperation and coordination with the various departments of the hotel

Your profile

• Workload: 60 % (Monday to Wednesday, on-site)
• Completed vocational training, ideally in the hotel industry
• Professional experience in the field of events, hotel industry, or administration is an advantage
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks as well as the organization of internal events
• Communicative and service-oriented personality with a high sense of quality
• Strong team spirit and hands-on mentality
• Willingness for occasional evening and weekend work
• Good German and English skills
