As Director Project Management, you are responsible for the successful implementation of our international customer projects, lead a team of project managers, and contribute significantly to the further development of our project organization as well as to sustainable corporate success.

Your future field of activity ##

• Operational management of complex international mechanical engineering and plant engineering projects
• Coordination and planning in multi-project and portfolio management
• Leading, planning, and coordinating a team of 10 project managers
• Central contact person for project-related questions and interface topics between the specialist departments
• Continuous analysis, optimization, and further development of project execution processes
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with defined project and process standards
• Promoting the professional development and qualification of employees
• Responsibility for reporting to the Executive Board, including its planning, coordination, preparation, and implementation.

Why you will succeed ##

• Technical basic training and completed studies as a Techniker HF or Ingenieur FH
• Many years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry
• High social competence, especially in the area of communication and conflict resolution skills
• High methodical competence, especially in the area of project and problem-solving skills
• Experienced leader with an authentic appearance, combining assertiveness with diplomatic skills and thereby mastering stakeholder management both internally and externally, accompanying teams through changes, and advancing employees with a coaching/mentoring approach
• High affinity for AI and digitalization with initial implementation experience
• Business fluent in German and English, other languages an advantage
