The Foundation manages two reception and supervised consumption facilities, Le Passage - ECS and l'Antenne ECS, which have the general objectives of promoting contact with people who do not frequently use common socio-sanitary services, reducing health risks (transmission of viruses and other infections) as well as fighting against social exclusion. To complete its team, the Fondation ABS is looking for a Socio-sanitary Collaborator with one of the following profiles: HES Nurse or Social Worker (activity rate 50% - 80%) Missions: * Welcome and support people in situations of active consumption from a harm reduction perspective; * Promote collective management of reception areas, supervised consumption spaces (ECS) and survival aid services in accordance with the principles and values of the Foundation; * Offer individualized support based on a global approach to the people concerned; * Participate in reflection, development and improvement work of the activities of the Fondation ABS and initiate / support the implementation of internal projects; * Participate in the promotion and development of the social or health services of the Foundation; * Ensure professional collaboration with the structures of the regional socio-sanitary network. Profile sought: * Diploma in nursing or social work; * Motivation to work in a low-threshold access / harm reduction context; * Relational skills and management of collective spaces; * Sense of teamwork; * Desire to commit to themes of precariousness, social exclusion and drug use; * Experience in a related field appreciated. Salary conditions: Salary according to the conditions of the Vaud Social Collective Labor Agreement and then, from 1 January 2027, according to the conditions of the Ville de Lausanne.
