Your tasks

• Shape the technical further development of our tax e-services and the associated portal and frontend environment and, together with product management and the business owner, concretize functional goals and the benefits for citizens.
• Transparently prioritize the team backlog, taking into account the expected benefit, tax law requirements, dependencies, and the priorities agreed upon with product management.
• Translate tax law requirements into understandable user stories with clear, verifiable acceptance criteria together with the stakeholders.
• Work closely with the specialist departments, communication, and e-government and represent the perspective of the end users, weigh different interests, and advocate for simple, understandable, and intuitively usable solutions.

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in the fields of (business) informatics, e-government, business administration, or commercial vocational training with further training in taxation (e.g., SSK1 or comparable).
• Solid technical understanding of web and frontend applications as well as the ability to discuss requirements with development and architecture at eye level. Strong sense of user experience and customer centricity.
• You skillfully bring different interests together, make understandable decisions, and communicate clearly and reliably.
• Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe as well as in the prioritization of requirements, cooperation with agile teams, and the further development of digital products -- ideally as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
