In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a milling operator wishing to join a human-sized company and evolve in a pleasant working environment.

Milling Operator

Your missions:

1. Production

• Perform milling operations on oscillating masses.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and established quality standards.
• Identify and report manufacturing defects or irregularities.

1. Quality control

• Perform regular quality controls on finished products to guarantee their precision and functionality.
• Document and report any quality problems or non-conformity.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve problems and improve processes.

1. Equipment maintenance

• Ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance operations as needed.
• Report breakdowns or malfunctions to the maintenance team.

1. Team collaboration

• Work in close collaboration with other members of the production team to achieve production goals.
• Effectively communicate relevant information concerning the production process and quality requirements.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Being comfortable with the use of Fraiseuse CN Willemin Macodel.
• Knowledge of milling techniques.
• Ability to use various milling tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of technical specifications and quality standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to final product quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve production goals.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
