An occupational therapist for the CMS de Morges Ouest (80%) In the context of an increase in our activity and in order to respond to new cantonal projects, we are looking to strengthen our teams of occupational therapists, currently composed of 22 occupational therapists within the CMS of the Fondation de La Côte, by opening positions for: An occupational therapist for the CMS de Morges Ouest (80%) Mission Ensure quality occupational therapy services based on occupational models, and according to a client-centered approach Take responsibility for client care in accordance with the mission of home care in an interdisciplinary operating mode Participate in the healthy aging process and in the development of skills, by ensuring the supervision of auxiliary staff and interns Be an actor in the promotion of occupational therapy within one's CMS, within the FLC during professional groups, and in the population, by taking part in the cantonal home rehabilitation project, in local initiatives and/or by facilitating prevention workshops Profile Bachelor HES-SO in Occupational Therapy or equivalent or foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross Ability to be and to position oneself as a partner in network work Interest in developing one's role as an autonomous practitioner Experience in the field of care, a plus Interest in developing one's practice according to occupational, empowerment, and partnership with the client models Mastery of IT tools and driver's license indispensable The FLC encourages all applications, including internal ones.
