Assistant in Community Nursing and Healthcare

• Holder of the CFC in Assistant in Community Nursing and Healthcare (ASSC) + Initial experience in the field of care is an asset + Great capacity for adaptation and excellent team spirit + Sense of organization and rigor in the application of care protocols + Empathy, discretion and respect for professional secrecy + Autonomy, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Perform medico-technical care: capillary and venous sampling, administration of medication, subcutaneous injections and simple wound care - Participate in daily support: hygiene and comfort care, assistance during meals, help with mobility and transfers - Ensure monitoring of vital parameters and transmit any modification of the clinical state - Participate in the management of medical equipment and the disinfection of devices - Perform rigorous entry of information into the computerized patient record (DPI) - Ensure the support of patients, be attentive to them and create a relationship of trust with them and their relatives - Collaborate closely with the entire multidisciplinary team jpid72cee58jm jpit0937jm jpiy26jm
