To strengthen our team in the production planning (AVOR) of the Bus & Trolley division, we are looking for a motivated and qualified personality as a project specialist.

As a Project Specialist AVOR, you are the connecting element between sales, technical, purchasing, logistics and production. You contribute decisively to ensuring that our projects are implemented smoothly, on time and efficiently.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for your projects as well as coordination between project management, sales, technical, purchasing, assembly and logistics
• Planning, control and monitoring of production orders -- including timely and quantity-accurate scheduling
• Execution of pre- and post-calculations as well as closing of production orders
• Planning and implementation of schedule changes as well as change requests in ongoing projects
• Continuous optimization of existing processes in production planning and adjacent areas
• Recording and maintenance of articles as well as other master data in the ERP system
• Periodic review of standard and distribution times
• Support with make-or-buy analyses as well as component procurement in cooperation with Supply Chain Management

Our requirements

• Completed technical basic training
• Further training as a Process Specialist (Prozessfachmann) is an advantage
• Analytical, structured thinking skills as well as sound knowledge in the vehicle or machine industry
• Several years of professional experience in production planning or in a comparable environment
• High customer orientation, teamwork skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Experience in project management and in flow production is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as confident communication in English
• Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems (ideally Dynamics AX / D365)
