Requirements profile ## • Diploma in nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent SRK-recognized training. • Several years of professional experience in nursing. • Confidence in assessing complex situations. • Enjoyment of organization and administration. • Skilled handling of IT. • Willingness to be mobile on the road. Tasks ## • Control and responsibility for the entire nursing process. • Assessment of the need for services and creation of individual help and care plans. • Ensuring differentiated, professional nursing including wound and pain management. • Carrying out nursing deployments directly with customers. • Documentation and implementation of targeted interventions. • Technical support and accompaniment of employees in complex situations.
