Assistant: Global Sourcing 100% # Procurement Sursee immediately Your area of responsibility ### • Procurement administration: Independent processing of administrative procurement processes in an international environment • Article disposition: Responsibility for order processing and ensuring availability • Order management: Monitoring and coordinating delivery dates as well as communication with suppliers • Interface function: Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. procurement, logistics) and international suppliers • Master data management: Maintenance and administration of article and supplier master data in SAP • Administration: Support for the Global Sourcing Team in organizational and administrative tasks • Travel activity: Occasional international travel to support buyers at trade fairs and supplier visits Your profile ### • Education: Completed commercial basic training • Experience: First professional experience in procurement or in an international environment is an advantage • IT skills: In-depth user knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP • Languages: Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking (required) • Mobility: Willingness to travel Look forward to ### OTTO-S family Family-owned, family-friendly environment.
