We are looking for a Strategic Buyer Construction / Construction Services to further develop our global procurement activities and strategically manage demanding construction projects.

Strategic Buyer Construction / Construction Services (f/m/d) (80-100%)
Which tasks will you undertake?
You will:
develop and implement procurement strategies for construction services, with a focus on cost optimization and risk management.
be responsible for project procurement for strategic investments in new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects.
manage the entire procurement process - from the requirement notification to invoice verification, including negotiations and contract design.
act as the central contact person for procurement issues at our global production sites.
develop, manage, and evaluate the supplier portfolio based on performance, quality, and reliability.
work closely with internal and external stakeholders and actively support site planning.
What do we expect from you?
You:
have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction, Facility Management, or a comparable qualification with further training in procurement.
bring at least 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in the field of construction services and project management in an international environment.
possess sound knowledge of RFI/RFP processes as well as in the investment environment (CapEx); SIA knowledge is an advantage.
work analytically, in a structured manner, and can confidently coordinate several projects in parallel.
communicate convincingly and with negotiation certainty in German and English; French skills are an advantage.
act independently, proactively, and maintain an overview even under time pressure.
