The Security/Facility management department covers the areas of store surveillance, theft prevention, technical maintenance, building maintenance, store and work security, as well as the health protection of the specialized center as a whole.
Your main tasks:
In a small team, your tasks focus primarily on the field of concierge services.
You monitor and adjust technical installations, including burglar and fire alarm systems.
You ensure building maintenance, make arrangements for repairs and ensure regular maintenance.
You are co-responsible and cooperate in the areas of occupational safety and the safety of employees, customers and third parties as well as theft prevention (store inspector).
You ensure the opening and closing of the specialized center in collaboration with the management and take the necessary measures quickly and safely in case of emergency (first aid, evacuation, power failure, etc.).
Your field of activity will be supplemented by parking management, including the organization of traffic auxiliaries, as well as various minor tasks.
Your profile:
You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship and have several years of experience in the field of concierge services (including administration).
You enjoy working in a small team that supports each other in all tasks and you are interested in new and varied activities.
It does not bother you to have flexible working hours and to work on Saturdays as well.
You are characterized by a high level of commitment and independence as well as a high sense of responsibility and you do not lose your calm during stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team, punctuality and friendliness are important aspects for you and you bring a lot of sensitivity and skills to resolve problematic situations.
Preferably, you have a sense of security and a good knowledge of MS Office
