Operating Room Instrumentalist
The operating room, located on our Delémont site, is composed of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the care of patients requiring diverse surgical care, mainly in visceral surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, obstetrics, ENT, ophthalmology and neurosurgery, ensuring safety, quality and continuity of care.
In order to complete our team in the operating room, we are looking for, for a start of duty from 1 December 2026 or as agreed, an:
Operating Room Instrumentalist
Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize and ensure the availability of the material necessary for surgical interventions.
• Guarantee the correct technical functioning of medical devices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthetists and operating room nurses to ensure the optimal conduct of interventions.
• Ensure the traceability of the material used and participate in the monitoring of hygiene and sterilization processes.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, organized and efficient operating environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma as an operating room technician (TSO), IBODE or IDDO.
• Previous experience in the operating room in different specialties desired.
• Excellent mastery of aseptic rules and safety protocols.
• Acute sense of precision, rigor and ability to manage complex situations.
• Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility and good resistance to stress.
