Bern, 100 % *The University ENT Clinic offers competent medical care in the entire field of otorhinolaryngology with the special areas of tumor surgery, cochlear implantation, neuro-otology, audiology, and phoniatrics. In rhinology, an interdisciplinary team is available to patients for the consultation and therapy of adults and children.* What awaits you ## • Professional responsibility and personnel management of the rhinology department of the ENT clinic as well as member of the clinic management • Treatment and care of outpatient and inpatient patients from the entire spectrum of rhinology • Responsibility for research projects in the field of rhinology (including further development/establishment of olfactometry and gustometry) • Further training and supervision of physicians for the acquisition of the specialist title (Category A training center) • Taking over senior physician on-call duties (picket) at night and on weekends • State-of-the-art infrastructure and devices in the field of ENT as well as a highly motivated team What you bring with you ## • Federally recognized specialist title for otorhinolaryngology as well as desired subspecialty title in head and neck surgery (SIWF) • Solid clinical and surgical experience including skull base surgery as well as habilitation • Joy in the training of young colleagues as well as proven leadership experience and willingness to take on leadership responsibility • Committed to supraordinate tasks of the clinic such as in student teaching • Interest and commitment to the further development of clinic-internal processes and structures • Strong social and communication competence in dealing with patients and employees as well as high customer orientation and impeccable manners • Very independent, exact, and reliable way of working • Good organizational skills and high initiative • Very good German skills (C1-C2), oral French and English skills.  Our offer ## • A demanding, varied, and interesting activity in a university environment with a professional and committed team awaits you. • Permanent employment contract • You benefit from contemporary employment conditions, a central location, and excellent opportunities for personal development and career planning.
