For our client, we are looking for an experienced construction manager for structural engineering, starting immediately or by arrangement. You will take responsibility for the organizational and technical implementation of demanding structural engineering projects and accompany them from preparation to successful handover.

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of structural engineering projects
• Organization and monitoring of construction site processes
• Coordination of trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist planners
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and occupational safety
• Control of the work carried out and ensuring flawless execution
• Checking of measurements, time sheets, invoices, and supplements
• Participation in construction meetings and coordination with clients, architects, and authorities
• Conducting inspections and organizing defect rectification
• Support in work preparation and with technical solutions

Your profile

• Completed training in construction, ideally as a mason, draftsman, or comparable training
• Further training as a certified foreman, technician HF, or construction manager is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in structural engineering and in construction management
• Good knowledge of construction processes, measurement, and scheduling
• Responsible, structured, and independent way of working
• Organizational talent as well as good communication and leadership skills
• Confident appearance towards clients, contractors, and planners
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
