For our customer, we are looking for a temporary assignment, by arrangement, for a chemical and pharmaceutical technologist in shift operation (100%, m/f)

Job Description

• Operator activities such as plant changeovers etc. on-site at the plants
• Operating the plants from PLS, as well as on-site as required
• Monitoring and controlling the production processes
• Filling and unloading activities with a mask or in full protection in the zone
• Special sample pulls (water, powder, reactants etc.) and performing in-process controls (IPC)
• Checking, preparing and conveying raw materials and active ingredients for the production processes
• Documenting deviations and execution of all activities according to GMP
• Cleaning and configuring production rooms, plants (parts) and their surroundings
• Assistance in fault elimination (First Level Checks)
• Assistance in the maintenance and repair of the machines while complying with safety and hygiene regulations and all product-relevant specifications (ISO, SHE)
• Cross-shift communication and maintaining the electronic shift log for optimal shift handover
• Immediate reporting of quality and SHE events as well as near-miss incidents

Desired Profile

• Training as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ, chemical plant operator or chemical production specialist
• Ability to work reliably and independently within a team
• Manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in protective clothing
• Good German in spoken and written form
• Physically fit and resilient due to the unloading activities in full protection
