Your missions ##

• You are responsible for the development, improvement, and validation of the performance of axial piston machines
• You are responsible for the implementation and improvement of standardized and automated test procedures to guarantee reliable and high-quality performance
• You analyze measurement results and propose optimization actions aimed at improving products and reducing costs
• You utilize simulation tools to facilitate the interpretation and understanding of test results
• You identify the root causes of technical problems and propose innovative solutions autonomously
• You manage the implementation and evaluation of function tests
• You provide your technical expertise to assembly operators and test bench operators to ensure the smooth running of activities
• You collaborate with various departments and internal customers to ensure efficient coordination and the smooth running of tests

Your profile ##

• You hold a higher education degree in microtechnology, mechatronics, systems engineering, or an equivalent field
• You have several years of professional experience in hydraulic development
• You are proficient in French and German, and possess a good command of English
• You possess excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, Python, MATLAB, HBM Catman, and NI DIAdem
• You distinguish yourself through excellent analytical skills and demonstrate commitment, flexibility, and autonomy. You possess excellent professional communication skills
