You are the ideal person as a salesperson with a 60% activity rate, to inspiringly manage the operational aspects in one of our Maxi Bazar "mini prices maxi choice" stores at the Villeneuve store, because you show yourself to be available to your colleagues and our customers on a daily basis. As part of your activity, you: • create a positive atmosphere towards our clientele, our brand and your colleagues; • embody the philosophy of our company in theory and in practice and thus act as an expert in customer service and loyalty; • demonstrate your organizational talent every day in terms of merchandise management, interpretation of key figures and ensuring ecological and sustainability aspects; • always, with the help of your team, put our customers at the forefront, both at the checkout and behind the scenes; • ensure commercial operations and the profitability of the aisles. Your qualifications: • You have professional training in retail or an equivalent training with good knowledge of German; • You aspire to take on a new challenge in sales or you attest to a few years of experience in retail; • You stand out through a strong customer and service orientation; • You admire our inspiring themes and have a strong desire to participate fully in the MAXI BAZAR concept; • You demonstrate great motivation, good physical fitness and are willing to commit further; • You possess a proven talent in proposing solutions and creating atmosphere zones.
