Your tasks Leading negotiations with architects and builders, participating in construction meetings and order discussions Supervising and coordinating construction sites, leading and planning personnel, processing projects Carrying out construction acceptances, coordinating and controlling subcontractors Carrying out measurement work Monitoring quality, determining and controlling costs, hours and expense reports Creating preliminary and final calculations, quotations, offers and invoicing Partially assessing damage and creating damage reports Your profile Training as a draftsman specializing in architecture, or solid professional experience as a construction manager Further training as a Dipl.
