On behalf of our clients, we are currently looking for a:

Janitor

Your tasks

• Administration and processing of technical alarm, fire, and burglary protection systems
• Setting up conference and meeting rooms
• Management of internal moves
• Management of technical support requests on call
• Management of visitor badges, access controls, and parking spaces
• Economy and warehouse management
• Planning of preventive maintenance measures

Qualifications

Desired profile:

• completed training in a manual trade or as a janitor, supplemented with several years of experience in the maintenance of buildings/ private residences
• good technical understanding in the areas of electricity, mechanics, and electronics
• ability to perform minor manual repairs and maintenance work
• efficient and exact way of working with a good sense of order
• all-rounder qualities in janitorial services
• very good German skills
• good English skills an advantage
