Your tasks • As the first point of contact, you ensure a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented initial contact with our customers. • In your hub function, you support employees in the food safety area with various administrative tasks and are responsible for entries in different IT recording tools. • With your careful working method, you create invoices and complaints and contribute to a smooth implementation. • Together with the other specialist areas of the Veterinary Service, you support various administrative processes and promote close cooperation. • With your ideas, you contribute to the further development of processes and the creation of work instructions and support our external location in Sursee administratively for at least half a day a week. Your profile • You have completed training as a commercial employee EFZ or as a veterinary medical practice assistant EFZ, ideally supplemented by experience in case processing. • You are familiar with digital work tools and common MS Office applications. • With a self-contained, careful, and structured working method, you keep an overview even in a varied and sometimes hectic workday. • Due to your open, empathetic, and service-oriented nature, you appreciate contact with people and work well in a team. • Even in challenging conversation situations, you appear confident, respectful, and solution-oriented and express yourself stylistically both verbally and in writing.
