• Basic and treatment care of the residents
• Ensuring care quality through the implementation of the respective standards and guidelines
• Case management for one to two residents
• Accompanying and supporting the residents in everyday life and leisure time
• Active participation in the further development of the residential group
• Practical instruction of interns and apprentices
