Deputy Department Manager Fabrication (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Ensuring efficient and trouble-free production operations in the punching department
• Supporting the Department Manager in the leadership, planning and further development of a department with over 100 employees
• Coordinating and monitoring order processing as well as production control
• Optimizing the use of personnel and equipment to achieve production goals
• Leading optimization projects and actively helping to shape cross-departmental processes
• Taking responsibility for your own leadership and task area

Your Profile ###

• Technical training with several years of professional experience
• Completed or ongoing further education in the technical field (HF/FH)
• Leadership and production experience
• Very good communication and expression skills in the German language
• Strong assertiveness and high degree of independence
