On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Construction Foreman (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will supervise teams on construction sites, ensuring coordination with technicians and the organization of daily work.
• You will guarantee the quality of work execution, respecting deadlines and safety standards.
• You will plan the material and human resources necessary for each project.
• You will be in charge of managing the supply of materials and equipment.
• You will ensure the compliance of achievements with plans and technical specifications.
• You will ensure the administrative follow-up of construction sites, including the writing of reports and minutes.

Your profile:

• You possess confirmed experience as a foreman in the construction sector in Switzerland.
• You master the reading of plans and construction techniques.
• You are capable of managing a team, motivating, and coordinating collaborators on the ground.
• You are rigorous, organized, and have good communication skills.
• You are flexible and capable of adapting to the requirements of different construction sites.
• You have good knowledge of current environmental and safety standards.
• You live less than 1h15 from Neuchâtel or are ready to move.
