Your tasks Overall responsibility for technical customer and engineering projects End-to-end control from requirement clarification through technical specification to implementation Evaluation of technical solutions, materials, processes, and manufacturing methods Planning, coordination, and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams Close technical coordination with customers (specifications, design reviews, feasibility studies) Ensuring industrialization including process validation, FAT/SAT, as well as support during commissioning Schedule, cost, and quality responsibility for the assigned projects Identification of risks and derivation of measures Close cooperation with R&D, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and other technical departments Ensuring a clean handover to Production and After-Sale Your profile Completed higher technical college HF in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, plastics technology, production technology) or equivalent training Several years of experience as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, or in comparable technical project functions Sound knowledge of production processes, industrialization, or technical development projects Confident appearance in direct customer contact as well as the ability to communicate technical content understandably Structured, solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards Experience with FAT/SAT, process validations, or technical acceptances is an advantage Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (mandatory) Resilient, assertive, and capable of driving projects in a goal-oriented manner What we offer you A new challenge every day in a dynamic, highly automated, and modern environment Open and innovative corporate culture Internal as well as external continuing education opportunities Flat hierarchies and fast decisions Area of responsibility with plenty of room for personal responsibility and independent work A highly motivated and dynamic team meets you with a lot of drive – with us, there is no everyday routine.
