It includes two hospital sites located in Moutier and Saint-Imier, nine Medicentres, including the one in Bienne. Its healthcare offering is supplemented by an ambulance network, two EMS, two radiology institutes, a center for physical and cognitive therapies, as well as a home hospitalization service. For our Pôle Santé Mentale department, we are looking for the following profile: Depending on the needs of the organization, you may also be required to intervene occasionally at our other sites. Job description Your main objective is to ensure the smooth functioning of the mental health service across several sites in the region, ensuring various outpatient mandates such as the main one of general child and adolescent psychiatry, the development of an intervention project within a day hospital, and coordination within the Perinatality network. You will perform in-depth clinical evaluations of our young patients and include interviews with their parents or guardians and care network. The performance of precise and detailed clinical investigations will allow for the refinement of diagnostic questions and the establishment of an indication and a management plan that is precise and evaluable in terms of quality and sustainability. You will thus develop and ensure the implementation of personalized treatment plans for your own patients and will also supervise their correct application in the case of therapies provided by first-line colleagues (physician and psychologist in training) for whom you will assume responsibility. You are responsible for providing individual, family, or co-parenting therapy, as well as potentially group therapies to children and adolescents, depending on the projects to be developed and the needs of the patients. You work in close collaboration with other mental health professionals, ensuring careful and high-quality multidisciplinary collaboration, while respecting the mandates and place of each. You participate in various interdisciplinary meetings (Child and Adolescent Psychiatry network, Perinatality network, internal colloquia in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, joint meetings with Adult Psychiatry if applicable) and maintain and document patient files in a precise and conscientious manner. Qualifications You hold a medical degree recognized in Switzerland (MEBEKO) and a specialist title (FMH or equivalent) in child and adolescent psychiatry. You master French (minimum C1 level). Clinical experience in a university setting is desired. Having a CAS would be an additional advantage (Perinatality, Forensic or other).
