WelcomeNight Nurse in the Pool - CDM 6 months at 90 %  The nursing staff Pool provides clinical services with punctual resources of experienced employees in order to compensate for punctual absences, but also to reinforce teams during peaks of work. It consists of flexible employees who are adaptable to different units. In order to complete our service we are recruiting a  Night Nurse in the Pool - CDM 6 months at 90 % (ref : 1984)   In a cutting-edge establishment you will hold a varied position within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, nursing assistants, doctors. You will have to ensure the reception of patients suffering from versatile pathologies, as part of global management in the acute phase. In this capacity you are in charge of ; • Settling the patient and presenting administrative and care organization information to them • Collecting and transmitting medical and administrative data and completing the computerized care file • Ensuring and organizing the planning of care according to priorities and the degree of urgency • Performing care on medical prescription and in compliance with unit and institutional procedures • Ensuring the maintenance of the Electronic Patient Record • Continuously evaluating the clinical state of the patient and their evolution in an acute situation We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria: • Nursing diploma • In possession of the Red Cross recognition (mandatory for foreign diplomas) • Sense of contact and service within the framework of a private establishment • Autonomy, benevolence, versatility, capacity for adaptation, organization and sense of priorities are essential qualities • Positive attitude within a team and are able to generate a climate of trust • Great flexibility   We offer you: Contract type:  Contract with a Maximum Duration of 6 months Percentage: 90 % Schedule type: variable   Share on • * • * *
