Your tasks

You manage the Burgerverwaltung in technical and personnel terms, bear the overall operational responsibility for business matters, and advise authorities and the public. The secretariats of the Burgerversammlung, the Burgerrat, and other committees form focal points of your activity, as do financial planning, budgeting, filing, and accounting. Furthermore, you assume a central role in the management of the real estate portfolio and in the support of projects. In a small team, you make a significant contribution to customer-friendly, efficient, and rule-compliant administrative management.

Your profile

You have a basic commercial education and ideally bring administrative experience, a diploma as a Finanzverwalter/in or Gemeindeschreiber/in, or an equivalent higher vocational qualification. You are characterized by your know-how, your organizational talent, and your social competences, as well as by your eloquence in spoken and written language, your independent and cooperative way of working, your negotiating skills, and your flair for legal issues and business management contexts.
