Technical leadership of the MECA/GENERAL UTILITIES discipline • Define, maintain, and disseminate technical standards, engineering methods, and best practices of the discipline. • Validate design solutions by integrating safety, costs, deadlines, constructability, and maintainability. • Facilitate and validate multidisciplinary Design Reviews (Process, E&I, Automation, HSE). 2.
