The commercial facility management (KFM) attends to and advises all postal areas nationwide as well as third-party tenants on commercial and contractual issues. What you can achieve. • You lead a team of 9 employees (real estate managers and clerks) in personnel, technical, and commercial aspects and continuously develop your organizational unit. • In your area (Zürich, Schaffhausen, and Central Switzerland), you are responsible for comprehensive, high-quality, and efficient management and ensure our nationwide standards. • You actively support the operational day-to-day business and take on a small portfolio and more complex special cases in the area of real estate management. • For your objects/portfolio, you take on active marketing, owner representation in investigations, and condition assessment and determination of maintenance, development, and return measures. • You are in close exchange with tenants, neighbors, and authorities, support the search/takeover of rental space, and negotiate smaller rental contracts. • In process optimization, tools, and instruments, you play a key role and contribute to special tasks.
