Currently, for our headquarters located in Bienne, we are looking for a/an for our "Sales Administration" department: SALES INTERN (M/F) Mission : • Participate in the complete processing of orders, from entry to receipt of products by our customers, in compliance with service offers and current customs regulations • Ensure proactive follow-up and attentive support to our customers Responsibilities : • Process orders from our international customers in the ERP, from entry to invoicing, in compliance with deadlines and current prices • Establish export documents, such as transport documents and customs declarations • Organize the collection of goods by the freight forwarder and ensure follow-up of the shipment to its destination • Update work instructions Personal skills : • Rigor and precision • Sense of organization • Logical and methodical mindset • Analytical capacity • Team spirit • Flexibility and autonomy • Ability to communicate and service orientation • Excellent knowledge of French and English Internship conditions : • Fixed-term contract of 6 to 9 months We offer : • Friendly and collaborative working environment in a family setting • 5 weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks via daily compensation • Flexible working hours • Discounts with many partners • Good social conditions
