Head of Procurement and Logistics (a) 80-100% # Head of Procurement and Logistics (a) 80-100% YOUR TASKS • You assume global responsibility for procurement and logistics at Clinique Aarau - from supply to storage up to distribution and disposal, including operative logistics, consignment, and loaner material • You guarantee that all materials are available at all times, purchased economically, and provided efficiently • You optimize the entire supply chain and material flows, particularly in connection with the upcoming commissioning of building C as well as other changes on the clinical site, and develop processes in a targeted and continuous manner • You actively advance the standardization and digitalization of our processes • You are responsible for the budget, material costs, and inventory, and manage costs in collaboration with the clinic management • Active participation in the development of the clinical site, particularly in your field for the new construction of the Schachenallee as well as other construction projects and guaranteeing a smooth commissioning • You lead your team professionally and personally and actively develop them YOUR PROFILE • Federal Diploma of Specialization in procurement / head of procurement or comparable qualification in the field of logistics • You have additional training in leadership • Several years of experience in a management function in the field of logistics or procurement / supply chain management (ideally in the healthcare sector) • Marked experience in process optimization, project management, and transformation • Solid economic understanding and experience in cost management • Very good knowledge of SAP • Great sense of negotiation • Communication adapted to different levels • Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration (stakeholder management) • Affinity for digitalization, robotics, and systems • You think in a connected, structured, and solution-oriented manner • You convince through your leadership, your determination, and your communication skills Perhaps this is the opportunity you have been waiting for!
