Deputy to the Dean at 50% The University of Neuchâtel is advertising a position of Deputy to the Dean at 50% to be filled, for an indefinite period, within the Faculty of Law. Activities The holder will be required to work in close collaboration with the Dean of the faculty. In this context, you will provide support to the Dean in the academic administrative management of the Faculty of Law. You will develop and monitor the faculty's regulations, while writing the reports and decisions of the Deanship. You will also contribute to the development of the faculty's promotion concept, by implementing the planned actions, creating promotional materials and evaluating the results obtained. Furthermore, you will ensure the consistency of digital content and monitor faculty practices. You will be responsible for writing the minutes of meetings, councils and commissions and will monitor specific faculty files according to the areas defined by the Deanship. Finally, you will work closely with the academic advisor. Desired profile You have a complete university education and master French perfectly both spoken and written. You also have oral mastery of German and English as well as knowledge of usual computer tools. You demonstrate autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, organization and communication. You work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. You demonstrate a service spirit, availability, tact and are able to work in a team. Experience in the field of academic administrative management is an asset.
