With its own production facilities in the Far East and in Europe, the company is uniquely positioned internationally.   Project Manager Packaging/Display (m/f/d) Your tasks • Support, development, and expansion of existing key accounts in the international luxury goods environment • Establishment of long-term customer relationships and identification of additional business potential • Regular personal exchange with customers as well as conducting sales, offer, and negotiation meetings • You develop and realize packaging proposals for watches, jewelry, and eyewear made from various materials • Responsibility for turnover, margin, and profitability of the managed projects • Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and production progress • Coordination of design, purchasing, production, quality control, logistics, and external partners • Proactive support of customers during the entire project phase and ensuring high-quality implementation • Recognizing market and customer needs as well as active development of new solutions and business opportunities • Proactive solution of technical, commercial, and organizational challenges   Your profile • You have a commercial or technical basic education • You have project management knowledge and/or experience in purchasing • Ideally, you have already worked with materials such as wood, plastic, and cardboard • You are proactive, assertive, and maintain an overview even in hectic phases • You have a pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy interacting with your colleagues from different cultures • You have very good English skills in spoken and written form   Look forward to an interesting, demanding, and versatile area of responsibility in a dynamic working environment.
