Schermenwaldstrasse 13, 3063 Ittigen (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% You can make this contribution <br /> • Strategically, technically, substantively, personally and financially lead the Enterprise Architecture department and further develop the department in terms of efficiency and effectiveness • Be responsible for the technical leadership of Enterprise Architecture for the entire Group V and involve partners; control cross-domain and business area architectures • Design and be responsible for the governance, processes and products of the architecture, as well as create the basis and guidelines for projects • Develop architecture specifications and guidelines that are aligned with the strategy and business requirements, and independently and in a decision-making manner, introduce them to the responsible management bodies • Manage all stakeholders (internal, external, international) of Architecture V and communicate the content of the architecture in their language <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University or college degree with a focus on computer science and business administration, good knowledge in the field of (enterprise) architecture and analysis, as well as very good knowledge of military structures and processes • Proven several years of management experience in enterprise architecture and its methods in large organizations • Ability to convey complex facts clearly, structured and tailored to the target audience, and to link different interests • Very good methodological competence (e.g. TOGAF, HERMES, project or program management certifications like IPMA/MAS) and further education and experience in business analysis • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language, as well as very good English skills (C1) <br /> In a nutshell Are you interested in helping to shape the long-term development of the army and the Defense Group?
