Job Description ##

• You actively recruit qualified skilled and unskilled workers and bring people together with the appropriate professional opportunities
• You create appealing job advertisements, conduct exciting interviews with candidates and find suitable jobs for them
• You actively acquire new customers and specifically expand your personal industry and customer portfolio
• You maintain existing customer relationships and develop them further
• You coordinate the cooperation between customers and employees and ensure a smooth process
• You take on administrative tasks and ensure that everything runs efficiently and reliably in the background

We Expect ##

• A completed vocational training in logistics, sales and/or the commercial sector and already experience in a professional environment
• Strong sales flair as well as performance and success orientation - you like to roll up your sleeves and want to actively make a difference
• An open, communicative and team-oriented personality who enjoys approaching people
• Good and secure IT skills at a current level
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, other foreign languages are an advantage
• You are from Luzern and know the region very well
• Driver's license Cat. B
