Adecco is looking for an experienced construction team leader to supervise and coordinate teams on its construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise work on site
• Supervise, coordinate and motivate a team of masons
• Allocate tasks and monitor work progress
• Read and interpret construction plans
• Participate in masonry, formwork, reinforcement and concreting work
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety rules on the construction site
• Coordinate work with the site manager and various stakeholders
• Monitor the proper execution of work

Profile

• Proven experience as a construction team leader
• Solid knowledge in masonry work
• Good mastery of formwork, reinforcement and concreting
• Very good reading of plans
• Natural leadership and ability to supervise a team
• Organized, autonomous, serious and responsible
• Good physical condition
• Experience on construction sites in Switzerland, an asset
• Driver's license, an advantage
