In a rapidly evolving field, you respond competently and confidently to telephone inquiries from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30 or you efficiently perform back-office tasks. Using modern communication tools, you autonomously handle simple customer-oriented processes. You take customer concerns very seriously, quickly recognize their needs and enthuse your customers with your professional advice and communication.
