Your tasks ## • You plan and implement nursing measures (including wound care and blood sampling), work closely with patients and accompany them comprehensively in their daily lives. In doing so, you also take on social work and social pedagogical tasks. • You conduct, together with people from different professional groups, opioid substitution therapies (including heroin-assisted treatment) in a safe environment and under hygienic conditions. • You work as a case manager (reference person system) closely with partner organizations, social services, guardians and relatives. • You are interested in actively contributing to new projects and bringing in your expertise. Your profile ## • Completed studies as a nursing specialist HF/FH - with experience in the psychiatric environment (or great interest in getting involved here). • Very good German language skills are essential for building trusting relationships. • You are proactive, flexible and get involved where necessary. At the same time, you also enjoy developing structures and improving things in the long term. • Whether it's conceptual work, new methods or personal further education.
